Company A put everyone in one room with one shared whiteboard. By noon, nobody could think. Company B put everyone in separate offices with no shared tools. By noon, three teams had built the same feature.

Too much sharing is noise. Too little sharing is waste. Agents face the exact same tradeoff. How they pass information between each other determines whether they collaborate or collide.
